HOW WE WORK
Do it well, or not at all.
That is the GRITEK code. It is also why most of a job happens before we touch the machine: three phases of planning, then one of execution.
THE APPROACH
Three phases of planning. One of execution.
Most of the work is done before the work begins. That is not slowness, it is how high-consequence operations are delivered safely, and right the first time.
THE FOUR PHASES
PLANNING
Request and site assessment
Every job begins with your request, by work order, email or call, followed by a site visit. We assess the asset and the conditions in person before we commit to anything.
PLANNING
Safety and permits
We raise the permit-to-work and every other permit the operation requires, accounting for weather, environment and the nature of the job. The crew works through a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) together, and signs it, before a tool is lifted.
PLANNING
Diagnosis and solution
We troubleshoot the machine or system and fix the method in advance, the parts, the mechanical and safety items, and the sequence the solution will follow. Nothing critical is improvised on the day.
EXECUTION
The planned operation
Only now do we execute. The work runs to the plan the first three phases built, which is why the asset goes back verified, on time, and without surprises.
START HERE
It starts with a site visit.
Send a work order, an email or a call. We assess the asset, plan the job, and take it from there.
